Songs Our Fathers Sang Matinee
A long-standing tradition at the Moab Western Stars Gathering. Date: Saturday - February 13, 2010 Start Time: 2:00 PM Price: $15.00 ($10.00 for members) Each year at the Moab Western Stars Cowboy Poetry Gathering we feature a matinee concert dedicated to a single aspect of our cowboy culture. This year we have planned a tribute to "The Songs our Fathers Sang," and the artists who sang those song. Go back to childhood and hear the great classics of country music, this year performed by some of the new great musicians of the western genre: Dave Stamey, Patty Clayton, Richard Lee Cody, Mary Kaye, Brian Arnold, and Nancy Ruybel. Andy Nelson will MC the matinee.
